If you have received damaged, defective or the wrong merchandise, please review our Terms of Service below, & use the form on our CONTACT page within 7 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges for any orders that fall outside of that time period.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

-If you have ordered incorrectly, you will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the item.

 

-We can not replace any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. We will do our best to catch incomplete addresses, but if your package does not arrive due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the costs of re-shipping the order to you.

ABOUT VINYL SHIPPING:

We do our best to package our records carefully in reinforced cardboard vinyl boxes, padded with 12” cardboard LP stiffeners, that display “fragile/handle with care” & “Keep away from heat” stickers on the outside of the box. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue replacements for cosmetic damages such as minor seam splits, corner bends, etc of any kind on records. Please note if you live in a hot climate, records are extremely heat sensitive and subject to warping. While we package each record with heat sensitivity warning stickers, this will not help if your package is left on a doorstep/mailbox exposed to the elements, so please be wary of delivery dates when ordering so that you can accommodate the delivery.

PURCHASING PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Please note, if you purchase other items together with an item that is a pre-order, we will automatically combine shipping and mail the order complete once the pre-orders are in stock. If you wish to receive your other items sooner, please place those as a separate order and they will ship immediately.
 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please use the contact form on our website for all customer service. Please do not contact the band via social media DMs for customer service help. We endeavor to respond to all inquiries within two (2) business days, but this may be subject to longer response times.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We endeavor to process each item as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping may be slightly delayed on US holidays.

Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. We are not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. We are also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our domestic carriers is USPS. The default shipping method for music (Vinyl + CD) is Media Mail, packages under 1 lb first class, and all others priority mail. The typical delivery timeframe for USPS is three (3) to ten (10) business days. Shipping charges are determined by the number, weight and type of items ordered. We do not ship COD.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The shipping timeframes provided during the checkout procedure are estimates only. The typical delivery timeframe for international orders is two (2) to four (4) weeks but please allow up to six (6). We are careful to label each item with its proper item value for customs. However, you are responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us. If you wish us to re-ship the items, you will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the items. If the items arrive to us in new, re-sellable condition, we will refund you for those items, minus a $5 re-stocking fee and the original cost of shipping. Any items that are damaged in return shipments are ineligible for refund. We do not take responsibility for any return packages that are lost in the mail, delivery speed, or handling of return shipments.
